- 600 hours of courses were organised for prisoners in Bolzano / Bozen prison
- 101 women and 41 men from 16 different countries attended literacy courses in Bolzano / Bozen, Bressanone / Brixen und Brunico / Bruneck
- € 29,924.55 was invested in subsidising our courses for needy participants
- nearly 500 people took Cambridge exams
- 17 new books were published by the alpha beta publishing house
- more than 6,000 copies of books produced by our publishing house were sold
