Advice and level testing
alpha beta picadilly offers free advice on the learning opportunities available, without any obligation to sign up for a course. Prospective students' levels are tested using a written test and spoken interview.
Enrolments
You can sign up personally or by telephone, fax or e-mail. Enrolments are binding and fees must be paid before the course.
Payment
You can pay by cash or bancomat, or by bank transfer (alpha beta, Cassa di Risparmio / Sparkasse – Merano / Meran IBAN: IT35 T 06045 58590 000000807800). If paying by bank transfer, please indicate the name of the participant and the date of the course. Books are not included in the course fee.
Discounts
Discount for the unemployed: 50% - Enrolment for two or more siblings for children’s courses: 10% - Enrolment for following courses: 10%.
Refunds
No refunds are possible in cases of withdrawal from courses after the course has begun. A charge of € 11 will be applied if enrolments are cancelled up to three days before the course, the whole fee is charged if you withdraw within 3 days of the start date unless a replacement is found. The fee paid shall be refunded only in cases where alpha beta piccadilly cancels the course.
Number of participants
Courses will only start if the minimum number of participants is reached (usually 8). There are a maximum of 12 people per group. On request classes with fewer participants can be organized at a higher price or with a consequent reduction in the number of hours compared to standard courses.
Responsibility
alpha beta piccadilly assumes no liability for loss or theft of property which may occur before, during or after one of our courses. Intentional damage caused to equipment and facilities will be charged for.
End-of-course test
At the end of the course students are tested to monitor their progress. On request students can be issued with a certificate of attainment and / or attendance.
Course locations
Courses are held in Bolzano / Bozen and Merano / Meran, and in various other locations around Alto Adige / South Tyrol where there is demand. This could also be with one of our
partner organisations.
