Customer satisfaction is something that alpha beta piccadilly holds dear but we are fully aware that it can sometimes happen that someone is not fully satisfied with our services. For that reason we have created a special email address in order to deal with any complaints there might be in a quick, efficient manner. Should you wish to make a complaint, please send an email to complaints@alphabeta.it, clearly indicating the cause for complaint, your name, surname and a telephone number where you can be reached.The same email address can also be used if you wish to make suggestions, give advice, or, why not, praise our services!
