After that in our office in Merano / Meran. "Luftballon" |
"Luftballon" offers 3 and 4-year old nursery school children the opportunity to learn German in a positive, playful, inspiring way. The various course types are divided according to the age of the children with a class size of between 10 and 15 children. The lessons take place, where possible, either before or after the normal nursery school classes. "Luftballon" can be organised in any South Tyrolean nursery school where the parents express interest. Programme and didactic material: The children are given the didactic material “Es war einmal ... so spielen wir”, developed by Professor Josep Maria Artigal from Barcelona. This material is aimed at children from 3 to 6 years old and is based around stories, which the child experiences and recounts through a variety of games. Teachers: alpha beta piccadilly teachers have long experience of second language teaching to children. They work under the direct supervision of a head of department for the nursery school and are trained personally by Professor Artigal. Halli, hallo… Ciao ciao… Bye bye...alpha beta piccadilly has developed a special summer nursery school. The nursery school is open for seven hours a day and for all that time the children are looked after by a qualified German-speaking nursery school teacher. From 9 to 12 there is also an Italian-speaking nursery school teacher with the class to allow a gentle approach to the Italian language.One hour a day is given over to games, songs and nursery rhymes in English to expose children to the idea of diversity that different languages bring. Halli, hallo… Ciao ciao… Bye bye... implies also a parallel summer nursery school for Italian-speaking children who are looked after by Italian and German-speaking nursery school teachers in the same way. The team of teachers organise certain phases of the day (reception, lunch, playground time) so that the children come naturally into contact with children from the other language group. Location:
