Course content
This course is a mix between General English and specific preparation for the Cambridge B1 exam (PET). In the course we will first do some revision and then work through new aspects of language at this level. As always, we focus primarily on listening and speaking, but we do not neglect reading and writing. During the course we will also do work on PET tests and watch DVDs of PET oral exams. This course is ideal for those who are at B1.3/B1.4 level who want to improve their general English but who also want recognized external certification which could be useful for work or study purposes. The Cambridge Preliminary (B1) exam is an entry requirement to access the “Sezioni internazionali” in numerous high schools.
